Mary motherof God

The Mary, Mother of God SCC is a close-knit community of individuals who gather together to honor and emulate the virtues of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Just as Mary said "yes" to God's plan with unwavering faith and humility, our SCC seeks to deepen our relationship with God and follow in her footsteps. St. Chrales Lwanga

Named after the patron of youth and Caholic action in Africa (Luganda: Kaloli Lwanga, 1st Jan 1860-3rd June 1886), St. Charles lwanga SCC is an amazing family. Our SCC (Small Christian Community) is a place where individuals from all walks of life come together to deepen their relationship with God and support one another on their faith journeys. KMRM Liturgical Dancers

Our story
Express your devotion through the graceful art of liturgical dance. Our dance ministry combines faith, movement, and worship to create a powerful and captivating experience. Through choreographed performances, we enhance the liturgy and engage the congregation in a visual expression of praise. Join us as we explore the spiritual significance of movement and use dance as a form of worship and spiritual connection. The group also offer music classes to the choir members and other interested persons at a fee.

Discover the beauty of choral music and the power of collective voices. Our choir is a dedicated group of individuals who find joy in harmonizing and leading the congregation in worship. Join us as we rehearse, learn, and create uplifting performances that resonate with the hearts of all who listen. Experience the transformative power of music and the deep sense of community that comes from singing together in harmony.


Kwaya ya Mtunzi Romano

Our story
Initially JKUAT Catcom Choir, KMRM was renamed in 2022 after the patron of music: Saint Romanos the Melodist. The choir manages a YouTube channel where they upload song albums with sixth one was released 2020 and launched February 2021. The choir also offer music classes to the choir members and other interested persons at a fee.
The choir is building the KMRM Studio which will not only serve the choir but the catholic community, the St. Augustine Parish and other interested parties for audio and video productions. The family of approximately 100 makes every second mass at St. Augustine Centre lively as ever.We meet at 3.00pm of every friday and saturday for a 2 hour practice session.
